Steven Larsen is Of Counsel to Willis Law and is located in its South Haven office.  Steve has over 30 years of legal and business experience in contract drafting and negotiations, real estate development, new business development, management and strategic planning.  He is a versatile, creative attorney and businessman with a unique combination of legal, financial and business planning experience.  Among other things over the past 30 years, he has directed over a billion dollars in new business projects, real estate development and consulting.  He founded a Renewable Energy firm, was the CEO for a real estate firm and in 10 months stabilized its business and helped it increase sales by $5 million to $75 million annually, he has managed Brownfield Redevelopment projects, and has negotiated significant commercial leasing deals.

Steven has been active in his local community through such organizations as the local planning commission, Rotary International, serving on his church’s finance committee and coaching boy’s soccer.

In his spare time Steven enjoys spending time with his wife, a pastor at Latvian Lutheran Church in Grand Rapids, and their two children. He has run 30+ triathlons (one Ironman); and is an avid cyclist and golfer.
